AQUABILITI’s Bioprocess Containers (BPCs) are composed of two separate film layers providing a robust integral container, with the fluid contact film layer made of Ultra-Low-Density Polyethylene (ULDPE). All BPCs are manufactured, assembled, and 100% inspected in an ISO 7 Cleanroom under cGMP conditions using Latex-Free and Non-Animal Origin raw materials, and have undergone USP Class VI, cytotoxicity, and Extractables and Leachables testing. Finished BPCs are Gamma Irradiated @25 – 45 kGy.

  • 3D system designed to securely fit in its support container.

  •  Two top ports with 50in. runs of 3/8” I.D. X 5/8” O.D. TPE tubing provided with male and female QUIKONNECT connectors. 

  • Drums can be stacked significantly reducing storage space required
