AQUABILITI’s Bioprocess Containers (BPCs) are composed of two separate film layers providing a robust integral container, with the fluid contact film layer made of Ultra-Low-Density Polyethylene (ULDPE). All BPCs are manufactured, assembled, and 100% inspected in an ISO 7 Cleanroom under cGMP conditions using Latex-Free and Non-Animal Origin raw materials, and have undergone USP Class VI, cytotoxicity, and Extractables and Leachables testing. Finished BPCs are Gamma Irradiated @25 – 45 kGy.
