Single-Use Systems

Custom SUS Design and Consulting

End-to-End SUS Manufacturing, Engineered for Seamless Integration

Aquabiliti’s team brings decades of expertise in medical device and Single-Use System (SUS) manufacturing. As a fully vertically integrated facility, we develop our own custom single-use consumables in-house for internal production needs, including the Bioprocess Containers (BPCs) utilized for shipping of water-based products to our customers – allowing for end-to-end control of the product lifecycle. Leveraging our package engineering expertise we have developed BPCs which seamlessly integrate with buckets, trays, drums, and intermediate bulk containers (IBCs), delivering good fit, robust shipping performance, minimal folds, and effortless evacuation.

Custom SUS Configurations Built to Fit Your Process

With our experience in all aspects of single-use – spanning mixing, pump dispensing, aseptic connections, filtration, and tube welding and sealing – we can direct our customers to build the best format for integrating these aspects to optimize their manufacturing workflows and get the most out of our products. Our custom-developed SUS solutions can be incorporated into any of our standard product offerings to better fit your process needs.

Innovators in Single-Use Systems backed by decades of experience
